One Mind-Full Mama was birthed from my own very full mind that was grasping how to hold all the daily needs, appointments, supply orders, equipment needs, nursing duties, etc., etc. together feeling overwhelmed, lonely and full of grief. I created this space in an effort to help emotionally support and foster community for parents with children who have complex medical needs, disabilities and/or rare diseases who are also wading through their own full minds.
